The Role

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of key client projects, coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring delivery excellence. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, aligning deliverables with business goals, and working closely with internal teams and third-party partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget

• Develop and maintain project plans, adjusting where needed

• Track and measure project performance against milestones and goals

• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Perform risk management to minimize project challenges

• Provide clear and regular progress reports to leadership

• Travel to client sites internationally (approx. 25%)

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in project management (consulting, software, or technology environment preferred)

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources

• Skilled at leading cross-functional teams

• Flexible and willing to travel internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Strong Microsoft Office skills
